PAKISTAN FAMOUS CHICKEN RECIPE

Pakistani dishes are famous for their unique taste and their spices they contain. These dishes are mainly originated from sub continent Raja Maharaja era . Their culture is deflecting in their cuisine . Each region of Pakistan may have its own variation and specialties .

CHICKEN BIRYANI

This is flavorful dishes and famous for it specific taste and spices that contain different herbs and marinated chicken . Its a popular dish for celebration and gathering

RECIPE

  • Take 2 large chopped onion and fry it until it shallow fry Then add 1kg chicken which you cut into slices and fry it too . Now add ginger -garlic paste ,tomato paste some spices like 1tb red chili 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder 1 table spoon garam masala and salt to taste . Cook till curry leaves ghee .
  • Now boil rice in 4 to 5 cups water . In the boiling water add some bay leave cloves green cardamom pods and some salt to taste . Stain the rice .
  • Now layering in the same pan layer the partially cooked rice over the chicken and you may add some sliced cut onion chopped coriander leaves and some mints . Now cooked it for 20 to 25 mins on low flame .

CHICKEN KARAHI

This is an spicy tangy chicken dish cooked in a pan called Karahi . This dish has tomatoes green chili and garlic ginger paste and some traditional spices . Most people eat it with naan roti .

RECIPE

  • Take 1 kg chicken, 4 medium tomatoes chopped, 4 to 5 chopped green chili, garlic and ginger paste, 1 table spoon cumin powder, coriander powder , red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt to taste .
  • Now take 1/2 cup oil into pan add 1 large size chopped onion and shallow fry it then add chicken and all the spices or paste and cooked it on low flame or until curry leaves oil . Garnish it with fresh cilantro leaves and served it with naan and steam ice .

ACHARI CHICKEN

ACHARI chicken is one of the famous tangy dish related to Pakistani pickle (ACHAR) .

RECIPE

  • Take 4 tablespoon oil, 1 kg chicken slice into pieces 1 large onion chopped into pieces, 3 to 4 medium size tomato chopped them too in fin pieces 2 table spoon garlic chicken paste, 2 green chili 1/2 cup yogurt .
  • Now take all spices 1 table spoon mustard seed cumin seed fennel seed nigella seed coriander powder chili powder and salt to taste.
  • Take a pan and heat the oil then add chopped onion and fry it then add chicken and shallow cooked it then add chopped tomato garlic ginger past and all the spices . Take extra green chili slightly cut it and take all the seed out then make a paste with some ACHARI masala and add lemon in that paste . Now dip your chilies in that paste and add it into your chicken curry and cooked it low flame . Garnish it with fresh leaves fresh coriander Served it with steam rice or Roti .
